How much does it cost to rent The Pink Roller?
The rental fee is $850.
What's included in my rental?
5 hours of private use of the facility, access to the space 30 minutes before your reservation and 30 minutes after for clean up, Seven 8 ft long tables, 50 chairs, soft play, 4 inflatables, 2 motorized ride-ons, use of kitchenette w/ refrigerator, bluetooth speaker.
Is outside food allowed?
Yes, outside food is allowed! If you have any warming devices, we ask that they be used to heat food in the kitchenette area only.
Can I bring my own decor?
Absolutely! You can bring your own decor. We offer a decor package if you change your mind!
How many people can the space hold?
We provide seating for 50 but the space can hold up to 80 guest comfortably.
What happens after I book?
You will receive a confirmation email and a celebration checklist. Your date and time will be reserved on the calendar and The Pink Roller Event Space will be ready when on your designated date!
What's the fine print? Is there anything else I should know?
When you arrive for your reservation, you will complete a quick walk through with a staff member where you will sign your celebration checklist and the space will be turned over to you. For your protection, no vendors or guest will be allowed into the space until it is turned over to you.
You are responsible for set up and break down of tables and chairs. 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after your booking is provided to allow time for set up and breakdown.
Adhering objects of any kind to walls and other surfaces inside of the studio is prohibited. You are welcome to bring a backdrop stand for any banners that you'd like to display. We also have one available for rent if you need it.
Additional charges are incurred for damage to the play yard, equipment and building. Time overages also incur an additional hourly rate. Please be sure all guest and items are out of the studio at your reservation ending time.
